All 50 states recently reported their end-of-year assessment testing results. Indiana, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Tennessee saw noticeable improvements in academic achievement. Two things each of these 5 states have in common: public charter schools and at least limited open enrollment. Bottom line: PARENTAL CHOICE.
